Services Include but are not limited to:

• Finding suppliers of materials and services;
• Obtaining several qualified bids, so as to ensure the best price possible;
• Researching the qualifications and abilities of the company proposed to perform the work, to ensure that the subcontractor or Supplier is capable of supplying the goods and services that are required for the scope of work;
• Assembling the required financial and or bonding information necessary to verify that payrolls can be carried throughout the job time frame;
• Facilitating the management of all aspects of the general contractors’ contract with the subcontractor or supplier with the same Terms and Conditions required by Ammero’s contract with the general contractor;
• Ammero will ensure schedules are being adhered to, receive weekly reports when the job site is being setup and daily progress reports, once work commences on the site. This will aid in the avoidance of any delays that may arise before work is schedule to begin;
• Reviewing certified and regular payrolls as they relate to the billing of invoices and contract amount;
• Working to resolve any issues that may occur with respect to the construction process as it relates to or with issues that may arise between Ammero's subcontractor, other sub-contractors on site or with the general contractor;
